The publication brings together drawings produced during the conception of the opera Macbeth, directed by Jaume Plensa and premiered at the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Barcelona, in 2023. Executed in wax, pencil, and gouache, the drawings are reproduced at actual size, alongside digital images conceived as a visual script for the stage production.
Conceived as both book and object, the edition extends into space through a series of laser-cut metal silhouettes and methacrylate supports, allowing for multiple configurations that form a subtle and versatile landscape of great beauty.
